Thomas Cook operates from 10 major UK airports and flies customers to over 90 destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America.
Marketed as a low cost airline, Thomas Cook offers cheap flights to more than 60 destinations and is constantly updating flight paths and providing competitive pricing to ensure customers can get to their destination for less.
Like many other airlines, Thomas Cook offers a simple online check-in service for selected destinations. Airport check-in desks close one hour before flight departure and travellers are advised to arrive at their chosen airport three-hours before scheduled take off.
Hand luggage for customers must not exceed a weight of 5kg or dimensions of 48 x 28 x 23cm. Thomas Cook offer no free checked luggage service, although passengers may combine baggage allowance provided the maximum combined weight of individual items does not exceed 30kg.
In-flight meals are offered on all flights, but must be purchased separately prior to departure. Meals cost from £4.50-£8.50 and dietary requirements can be catered for. Magazine’s and activity packs for children and included and selected routes feature backseat TV’s.
