A trip up north to sunny Manchester

This weekend i am off up north to the wonderful city of Manchester. It’s a city i know and love well, so i will write up a little trip report when i am back.
Much of the weekend will involve reliving some of my studenty days, so i expect to sink a few B52′s and have hangovers a plenty. Til’ next time!

We’re up in Leeds this weekend before flying out to Prague, I hope it’s not snowing there!
It was snowing in Manchester! How did you get on?
Ooooh, how was Manchester? It is not my favourite city on earth, I have to admit. I grew up in St Helens and I am a much bigger fan of Liverpool. In fact, Liverpool was my favourite city on earth before I visited New York which was then toppled by Novi Sad in Serbia.
It was really good – albeit it very snowy! Its nice to see some familiar faces and places.
